Pesachim 104

***************GIRSA SECTION********************
We recommend using the textual changes suggested by the Bach, Rav B. Rensburg and the parenthetical marginal notes of the Vilna Shas. This section is devoted to any *OTHER* changes that we feel ought to be made in Gemara, Rashi or Tosfos.)

[1] Gemara 104a [line 34]:
The words "v'Chosem *b'Seder* Bereishis"
should be "v'Chosem *b'Soder* Bereishis"
This is the Girsa of the early printings and Rashbam
(Hagahos Dikdukei Sofrim #90)

[2] Gemara 104a [line 48]:
The words "Tana mi'Shemei d'Rebbi Yehoshua ben *Chananya*"
should be "Tana mi'Shemei d'Rebbi Yehoshua ben *Levi*"
This is the Girsa in the manuscripts, and is plausible since Rebbi Yehoshua
ben Levi appears elsewhere in the Mishnah (Avos 6:2 and Uktzin 3:13)
(Dikdukei Sofrim #2)

1) [line 5] PUMBEDISA'EI - probably, Rabah and Rav Yosef, the Amora'im of Pumbedisa (Sanhedrin 17b)

2) [line 20] BENAN SHEL KEDOSHIM OMER ACHAS - "the son of (a) a holy person," i.e. his father (TOSFOS Pesachim 104a DH d'Lo); (b) holy people," i.e. his father and mother (TOSFOS Avodah Zarah 50a DH Hachi Garsinan) says to say one

3) [line 24] TZURSA D'ZUZA - the figure on a coin
4) [line 34] V'CHOSEM (B'SEDER) [B'SODER] BEREISHIS - he concludes with Baruch Atah ... Soder Bereishis (who arranges creation)

5) [line 38] SAMI MIKAN - remove from here
6) [line 47] LAYIT - curses

7) [line 3] KALKALAH D'FEIREI - a basket of fruits
8a) [line 9] RAVREVANUSEI D'MAR - your haughtiness
b) [line 9] V'SARERUSEI D'MAR - and your rebelliousness
