(a) According to Rebbi Shimon in a Beraisa, we need "Ish Ish" (by Ha'ala'as Chutz) to include two people who sacrificed ba'Chutz in the Din of Ha'ala'as Chutz, to negate a 'Kal-va'Chomer' from Shechitas Chutz that we would otherwise have Darshened.
Which 'Kal-va'Chomer'?

(b) Rebbi Yossi disagrees. He learns from "Ve'nichras ha'Ish *ha'Hu* (by Ha'ala'as Chutz)", 'Echad ve'Lo Shenayim'.
From where does he then preclude 'Shogeg, O'nes and Mut'ah'?
